Office Administrator

Part Time Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm
Oswestry, commutable from Wrexham, Ellesmere
£17,463 pro rata + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + Pension Scheme + Childcare vouchers+ Free parking
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to be part of a dynamic and progressive business based within Oswestry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for internal and external customers, along with ensuring administrative tasks are completed to an excellent standard.
Responsibilities:
* To collect, open and distribute the mail between departments.
* Control of general office supplies, stock and stationery ordering to provide training materials.
* Package and distribute promotional materials to clients, including posters and samples.
* Deal with telephone enquiries and emails from internal and external customers.
* To provide and capture accurate information ensuring electronic records are updated according
* To support the Customer Services team to successfully contribute to the Company goals
* Manage and respond to internal and external customer queries in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
* Encourage and demonstrate the Company values and behaviours.
* Plan and organise daily activities and workloads.
* Add, amend and update client and customer systems and data ensuring accuracy at all times.
* Ensure all data is processed accurately, efficiently and effectively in line with associated deadlines.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the team and other departments.
* Identify and highlight ways to continually improve working practices.
* Provide support to the wider Customer Services team during busy periods.
* Support the wider Operations team in order to successfully contribute to Company goals.
The Candidate
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines.
* Strong team player.
* Working knowledge of MS Office and databases.
