If you know all about climate-friendly energy sources or you’re keen to be “green” and would love to share your passion with others, we may have the perfect flexible job opportunity for you.

We are representing an innovative 100% renewable energy business based in Bath, who are looking to recruit on a permanent basis several new members to their digital customer service team, who will act as ‘live agents’ dealing with all types of online customer query from answering questions about green energy sources to dealing with customer complaints.

For the right candidates our client is offering a competitive salary and an excellent employment package with many benefits: part time hours and flexible working terms - plus the possibility of some working from home following an extended training period… and unlimited holidays to help you manage your family commitments and achieve the perfect work/life blend.

It’s the perfect opportunity for working mums who want to influence and help shape the future of the UK’s energy system.

Who are we looking for?

If you’re curious, a great communicator and committed to customer service, our client wants to speak to you. If you are able to work confidently, taking ownership of everything from queries to complaints and dealing with them digitally then this role is for you.
