The post holder must maintain good working relationships with a range of key partners including property developers, house-builders and investors, together with sector professionals such as solicitors and advisory agents. In addition, the post holder should maintain strong links with internal staff and pass on knowledge, skills and experience in connection with successfully undertaking this role. The post holder will also be expected to have contact with officials at MHCLG and possibly other Government Departments.

Extensive experience of development finance origination and debt structuring, together with excellent communication skills is required.
