Administrator/Receptionist/HR
Pertemps Kettering are recruiting on behalf of our client an Administrator/Receptionist on a part time basis, 9.30am - 2.30pm, Monday - Friday.
You will work closely with the HR Manager providing support and administration over a wide number of areas and on ad hoc projects. You will undertake all standard receptionist duties and be the first point of contact for all visitors arriving at site. This includes facilitating contractor inductions, PPE and relevant paperwork and permits. You will provide administration support to department heads.
Our client is seeking a conscientious, personable, proactive, self motivated individual who has the drive and determination to succeed and progress in their role.
Job Role and Responsibilities Include
Meet & Greet all customers to site and direct accordingly
Answer all calls and enquiries that come to site and direct to relevant person
Post In and Out
Oversee contractor induction procedure and work alongside QSE Department to update register for validity and traceability
Support of all ongoing HR projects
Pro active management and administration of the time and attendance system
Collation and communication of weekly movements of the Management team
Dealing with deliveries
Stationery orders and distribution
Administration of Calendar for meeting rooms
Hospitality arrangements for meetings
Travel Arrangements for staff
Administration of Training Balance score card
Pre-requisites
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Good PC skills : Excel and Word - strong
Self motivated and committed
Excellent attention to detail
A flexible and adaptable attitude. On occasion extended hours may be need to be worked
Data processing/handling
Problem solving
Organisational & follow up skills
Confidentiality
Previous experience of working in an HR administration role is advantageous
