There is a full time Health Visitor role available in Dagenham. You will be helping new parents understand childcare issues, such as feeding, sleeping, safety and development.

This role is in Redbridge within the community, with the availability of working either full or part time, on a long term contract basis.

Responsibilities: to work as an autonomous practitioner to provide safe, evidenced based and effective health visiting service to families & Children 0-19yrs. Responsible for a defined caseload, and classifying cases in line with national strategy of universal, Universal plus and Universal Partnership plus.
