Corporate Support Officer Grade 4 (£20,127 - £22,185)
1 x Permanent Part time 30 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work with the Corporate Services team.
The role will ensure smooth running of related governance and business support arrangements associated with the running of the company as well as contributing to the overarching business support function.
The role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support the function and ensure a resilient, comprehensive and professional service.
You must be highly motivated and adaptable with an ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills and it is essential you are able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Apply for this role if you have:
* Excellent IT skills including the ability to use a range of IT applications e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Experience of minute taking
* Experience of initiating and maintaining diary systems
* Excellent time management skills
The main purpose of the role is to provide corporate support services to our client as an organisation including liaising with the Executive Team, Senior Managers and Non-Executive Directors to deliver a comprehensive and confidential administrative service including diary management, facilitating meetings and minute taking.
You will provide support services to enable individuals and the wider organisation to work in an efficient and effective way, taking account of value for money and fulfil their responsibilities to deliver services to all valued customers.
