Cornwallis Academy is an exciting school and a great place to work which is looking to hire a Humanities teacher who specialises in Geography. , We have just recently receive a Good by Ofsted in all areas. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about teaching Humanities especially Geography. We are an all-inclusive school whose main goal is to support our students so they can achieve their full potential within our school vision and ethos.

The Department is fully resourced and we are hoping to add another member to our fantastic team. Humanities, and geography especially, is an increasingly popular subject across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. The Department has its own teaching spaces, which are equipped to support the students learning. The CPD programme and support we offer is excellent and would therefore encourage you to join us to excel and develop your career as a teacher. So if you're highly qualified or fresh from your graduation, we are a school keen to offer support whenever you need it.

This is an exciting opportunity for an NQT or experienced teacher to join us on a full time or part time basis from September 2019.
