Do you have the commitment and positive values to make a difference to the lives of people with a learning disability living in a supported living service and supported via our service based in Kendal.

Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs. Our supported living service in Kendal provides person-centred support to adults who have learning disabilities.

We are looking for a positive and engaging person to help support our complex needs service. The role involves providing a person focused approach to meeting daily needs and creating an enriched positive lifestyle for adults with a learning disability living in Kendal. We promote independence and provide all service users with the highest quality of life experiences.

When applying for this role previous experience in a similar post is more advantageous but not essential. We would like to encourage people with the right values and passion to apply and work as part of the team to make a difference. Being a car driver is an essential requirement of this role.
