Our client based in Hoddesdon has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join the team.
Key responsibilities:
* Handling customer enquiries to include face to face, on the telephone and via email
* Consulting with customers on self-storage needs and availability
* Managing customer accounts
* Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers
* Entering customer information on the database
* Signing up new customers
* Credit control
* Selling products to customers in store
* General housekeeping and maintenance of the store
You will be required to be a key holder for the premises.
Ideal candidate:
You will have worked within a face to face customer service environment and experience of selling is an advantage. You will be confident in dealing with customers and have excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude. You will be computer literate and be able to use MS Office software products.
This is a permanent opportunity, part time, Monday - Friday 1pm - 5.30pm although you will be asked to cover mornings to cover other staff when on holiday. Immediate vacancy
