With 3 operating UK studios in just six months of trade, this paint and sip experience provides unique customer experiences where guests are guided by a local artist to transform a blank canvas into a colourful masterpiece. With weekly sip & paint sessions, private events, a bar in the studio and pop-up partnerships with local venues, there is so much opportunity for a Pinot & Picasso franchisee to bring people together and create great times through creativity.

We’re looking for passionate and inspired people to grow our footprint with the best Franchise owners possible (a.k.a you!). We want hard-working, enthusiastic and driven people to join our network. With so many great territories available, we’re on the hunt for the most qualified operators best suited to our studio and experience.

While not 100% required, if you have managerial experience, have run a team before or hospitality experience, this puts you in good stead with operating a Pinot & Picasso studio.

Compared to other franchise businesses, we pride ourselves on our low initial investment for opening a new business. Our estimated Studio Fit Out Price Guide is between £40,000 + VAT with our Franchise & Onboarding Fees costing £20,000 + VAT. This fee includes Documentation Fee, Marketing Package, Website & Technology Fee, Leasing & Project management and Operations Training – all tailored to help you become the best possible business owner you can, and give you a smooth and stress-free studio opening experience.
We pride ourselves on being just as invested in your business as you are. Our percentage royalty structure ensures you only pay royalty on revenue you generate at 12%.

Once you’ve submitted your interest, you will book a call with our Co-Founder, James Crowe. You’ll find out the story of Pinot & Picasso and most importantly we’ll learn more about you. This is your opportunity to ask as many questions about the business as possible – you’re talking to the top dog!

Once approved, we’ll send you your Franchisee Agreement document where you’ll be invoiced 50% of your Franchise & Onboarding Fee, and meet the Head Office team in no time. Let the training and onboarding begin!
