Learn more about how franchising works, and if it is right for you:
Find out why franchising might be a good idea if you want to work flexibly, for yourself:
A Pink Spaghetti franchise is a flexible, family friendly, award winning business that has demonstrated continual profitable growth since its inception in 2009.
We are a PA service offering people the 25th hour in their day in the home or small business.
Our home based, multi award winning, affordable franchises were launched in 2012 and we now have territories across the UK.
We offer a business in a box, but the people we need are special. Our franchisees are the organisers, the helping hand, the people that don’t get flustered and find an efficient solution for any task they are given. Typically they come from a previous corporate life, would like to start up this sort of business, but with the comfort of a franchise network.
A Pink Spaghetti franchise is a rewarding, highly profitable, flexible working opportunity which is ideal for fitting around family life and is home based. It is why we started it, and we want to be able to offer the same opportunity to other people – we know how important it is that you can make your son’s sports day!
Our franchise opportunity is ideal for a mum with a family who has had a good career and is now looking for a flexible yet challenging home based opportunity which will supplement their family income.
You must be highly organised, efficient and professional with a sense of urgency and tenacity.
You are the doer in your circle of family and friends, the one who organises the get-togethers and holidays, and makes endless lists!
Don’t worry if you have not had previous experience as a virtual assistant, our personal assistants are far more than this, and full training is provided.
Our franchisees are all self-motivated and resourceful, approachable and natural networkers.
Our Training and Support are second to none. You will get 5 days initial training at our head office in Cheshire and a 300 page training manual, but this is just the start. We supply monthly marketing material, training videos, help with business planning, an annual conference, ongoing training and unlimited support. You will also have access to our nationwide network of supportive franchisees through a private Facebook group.
In the 2016, 2017 and 2018 Smith and Henderson Franchise Satisfaction Surveys, 100% rated the training as Good, Very Good or Excellent.
Our franchise fee is from just £3,995+VAT for a five year term. At the end of the 5 years it can be renewed for no additional fee.
Earning potential will vary depending on the amount of time you have to devote to your business. As an example, with 12 chargeable hours per week you could turnover £14,400 per year, £36,000 for 30 hours a week, and £72,000 for 60 hours.
Our franchise offer is fully flexible and scalable, so as your family grows older you can increase your working hours if you choose.
Ally Philips, Pink Spaghetti Franchisee
I came across Pink Spaghetti PA Services online and found myself contacting them about a Franchise without even a second thought. I loved the brand, I loved the quality feel to the organisation and I loved the approach to satisfying the customer. I will admit, I did deliberate whether a franchise was for me.
Not sure now why I needed to think twice, it has been incredible and provided me with much-needed support.
I’d never been a PA/VA but had loads of relevant experience in Marketing, Account Management and Project Management, all of which have been invaluable. With the help of Pink Spaghetti Head Office I was able to get back to my ‘old self’ within just a few months of starting my business. I now have relationships with a wide network of small businesses, I am able to confidently deliver social media training, manage people’s social media accounts, help with marketing plans and do a huge variety of administrative and organisational tasks.
Now, I help businesses by giving them an extra pair of hands when they need it. They get help with the things they don’t know how to do, don’t want to do or don’t have time to do – so that they can focus on what they do best. I can truly say that as well as improving my own life this year, I’ve had a huge impact on the lives of the people I’ve helped get organised and given that 25th hour in the day.
