Joseph Valente

Joseph Valente is a serial entrepreneur who started his successes in the trade industry after completing a plumbing apprenticeship. He then launched ‘ImpraGas’ at age 22, the first of his multi-million-pound businesses. With the upward success of ImpraGas, Joseph applied for the 2015 series of The Apprentice. He went on to win and gained £250k of investment for ImpraGas from Lord Sugar himself. Joseph was later the first Apprentice winner to buy out Lord Sugar and triple his turnover with ImpraGas. After spending years on the tools himself and running a multi-million-pound company, Joseph has combined his vast experience to develop his new business, TradeMastermind. A gap in the market was recognised for business and growth training within trade companies, leading to the development of TradeMastermind. The company takes trade businesses that have a drive to upscale and take themselves to the next level and provides the mentorship and guidance they need to take them there.
