This is a great opportunity for a Head of Marketing to work strategically across the business;

partnering with stakeholders across our European business you will also maintain a global perspective on all strategic initiatives, working with Marketing peers across the organisation.

You will lead a small team, have budget responsibility and be accountable for marketing strategy, planning and execution across all marketing channels.

You will be responsible for all the marketing campaigns, content and channel activity, with the key success criteria being:

 

  • Can you drive growth and are you able to demonstrably prove the value of marketing activity in an intermediated industry?
  • Do you have a digital first mindset, approach and skill set?
  • Can you engage closely with our sales team to ensure results out of campaigns?
  • Do you have a keen interest in the role a brand plays in a business and proven experience of making a brand real in an organisation?

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge:

You will ideally have experience in Financial Services/Insurance Industry or 3rd Party Distribution model. You will also have:

  • Significant experience in generalist marketing.
  • Proven experience supporting the management of integrated campaigns.
  • Experience of directly managing employees.
  • Current knowledge of broad marketing disciplines across brand, insight, digital, campaign, communications and analytics.
  • Thorough knowledge of all facets of owned, earned and paid tactics.
  • General knowledge of content writing and tools.
  • General knowledge of multifunctional areas such as: digital execution, promotion, advertising, research, competitive analysis, communications, brand management, website management.
  • General knowledge of the business financial drivers, structure and operations.
