Our client is able to offer design, manufacture and installation services for the complete building envelope, including aftercare and maintenance. They are one of the most respected specialist contractors in the UK, working with a broad range of blue chip contractors and clients in Great Britain. From its central headquarters in Warwickshire, the company is able to service the whole of the UK. They are now looking for a Site Administrator to start on their site in Brighton, BN2 area. Candidates will come from an administration background and be able to fulfil all of the below duties. * Preparation of correspondence, induction documentation and other documents (including the weekly pack), as required by the Project team * Establishing and maintaining site files in accordance with the client's Management System * Scanning, photocopying, distributing and filing documents as required * Updating the training database as required * Maintaining the site's CAD drawing registers and files * Arranging site meetings and taking minutes as appropriate * Liaising with the Main Contractor's Project Team and other sub-contractors as required * Assisting with booking and co-ordinating deliveries to site * Placing orders for materials both internally and externally with suppliers * Assisting the Project team to ensure all records are kept up to date * Maintaining areas of work in a clean and tidy state The role is expected to last for around 4 weeks, starting immediately. The role is part time, ideally working Wednesday & Thursday but there can be some flexibility on this. The rate of pay is £11.50 per hour. ) or click on the Apply link.
